Sparrow Records announces the signing of Daniel Doss Band, a new worship quartet out
of Tennessee whose stellar songwriting, distinct vocals, and dynamic performances are sure to appeal to fans of Casting Crowns,
Chris Tomlin, and MercyMe.
Daniel Doss Band’s debut album GREATER THAN US ALL (produced by two-time Dove Award winning producer of the year Ed Cash) will hit stores nationwide February 26, 2008. A digital EP featuring two versions of first single “God in Me” plus “Great God,” and “Abba Father” is available now and already generating five-star raves at iTunes.
The group is fronted by church planter and worship minister Daniel Doss, a uniquely gifted singer whose songs combine modern worship musical sensibilities with the gospel vocal influences of his childhood. Worship Leader magazine calls the quartet “one of the most exciting worship finds of the year” and featured two Daniel Doss Band songs (“Love Like Rain,” “Light Is Shining”) on its SongDISCovery sampler that are now sung by churches around the country.
GREATER THAN US ALL consistently returns to the topic of “reminding myself and others that God is huge,” says Doss.
